10 GOOD HABITS TO START IN YOUR TWENTIES

 


Good evening dear readers of my heart, how are you? I am too happy as I write this. I love writing, maybe I would have liked to study something related to this world. I don't know if you know but I studied something related to health, obviously I love my career but I also love this. 


I have been thinking now that I am over 20 years old. I can't believe how much time has passed since I turned 15. All this time has flown by. I've been reflecting and I want to give you some tips that I've learned in my 20s. Some of these tips are good habits to start your 20's off on the right foot. By the way, I don't know if you have noticed but these tips are for people who are just turning 20. 


Some of the tips are from my mom so I hope you find them useful. I really don't feel like I'm 20 because I feel like I haven't enjoyed life. Now here are the tips to not make it so long.


1. Drink lots of water every day. I really advise you to try to reach your 2 liters of water daily. This is so you feel hydrated and don't have other problems. Because there are people who drink almost nothing and then they are bad. 


2. Use a planner. I promise you that I will design a very nice planner so that you can have a more organized life. I haven't told you but I know how to design a nice planner in power point. I love power point and I have a lot of tips.


3. Exercise for 30 minutes. I swear the feeling when you finish exercising is so good and refreshing. I sometimes prefer to dance or put on a 30 minute workout and listen to my favorite songs.


4. Brush your teeth twice a day. As a good health professional I advise you to brush twice a day for 2 minutes each time. Seriously folks, brush and floss your teeth. Many people are losing their teeth because they are not flossing. That should be a basic part of daily cleaning. 


5. Stop saying negative things. Folks let's not fill our thoughts with negative comments. I am a big believer in the vibe so I think we should not be negative. We should not be our own enemy. We should encourage each other and say positive things to each other. I will also upload some positive phrases. Wait for it!


6. Stop spending too much time on social networks. I am a true believer that social networks make us feel bad. I don't know about you but I don't like negative comments because I feel that bad vibe coming into me and I hate it. That's why we should use social media but in a safe way.


7. Read books. Yes I know, it's repetitive, but seriously in every book there are always things to contribute. We always learn something new. I used to love to read but now I don't have much time.


8. Have fun. By this I mean go out for a walk with your friends, go to parties, don't just dedicate yourself 100% to studying. We deserve to have fun, life is only 1. We don't know what will happen next.


9. Don't think you wasted your time if you didn't know what to study. Friends seriously, it's never too late. We are not mature enough to choose a career at our young age. Choosing a literal career is forever.  If you want to find out what you're passionate about, do it, because you'll love working on what you love more than studying something you don't like just because you didn't want to waste your time.


10. Get your 8 hours of sleep. Get your hours well rested. It really affects you if you don't do it. We have to rest our body. Just as you charge your cell phone, charge your body with lots of energy.
